Idaho Falls Reception

Our family enjoyed a beautiful weekend together to again celebrate the marriage of Mike and Erica. The Liljenquist family was gracious enough to offer their home for the festivities. They had beautiful flowers for backdrops. Trish Terry helped us so much with the food, which we really appreciated. Meadow arranged some beautiful bouquets also. It was great to visit with friends and family while snacking on delectable refreshments. Thanks for hosting this great event, Mom and Dad. We know it was a lot of work, but it turned out fabulous! We hope this will be the last wedding celebration in the family for a LONG time--until Tressa ties the knot in 15 years, or so!!

Look at this beautiful bride!!! Mike is a lucky guy!

The photos are lovely. Thanks for posting them. We were so sad that we could not attend either event. Hope all is well and that the preparations to head north west for the big move are going well. Moving is so stressful. We wish you luck and are thinking about your family.

This note is for Uncle Mike, but the rest of you can read it too (that is if any of you actually read this blog). Every night after scripture and prayer we snuggle with LolaBella for a while and ask her about her day. 9 times out of 10 she starts talking about Uncle Mike and how much she loves him...we say "What are you thinking about Lola?" With quite a bit of emotion in her voice she responds, "Uncle Mike...So much." Which means, " I am thinking about Uncle Mike. I love him so much." This has been going on for months now...at least three. It is funny to me because she has really only met Uncle Mike a couple of times. Since she has no other Uncles named Mike and she really does not know any other Mikes (except Aaron's dad, but she does not know his name is Mike) My Uncle Mike Alexander must be the Mike she is talking about. I guess she just inherited a connection that her momma feels for Uncle Mike who I have always really loved and enjoyed being around. I thought it was important for you to know this and this is the easiest way for me to contact you. Well, we love and miss all Alexanders great and small. Please take care.
Love,
Sara, Aaron, LolaBella and Penelope
